I’m grateful that I was able to be seen, treated, and out the door within about three hours, especially considering that two crowns were completed in a single visit. I recognize that’s a lot of work to complete in a short amount of time. I would also like to specifically acknowledge the dental assistant, Liza, who was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and did her best to make me comfortable during a long appointment. She truly made a difference in my experience. As a new patient, I didn’t fully realize ahead of time that the treatment would be completed the same day. While I understand there was availability to move forward, I would have appreciated a bit more time and discussion to feel fully comfortable with the decision. Overall, the visit felt fast-paced. The number of X-rays seemed high, and communication throughout the appointment could have been better. The office was quite cold, and small comforts like lip protection and a blanket weren’t offered until later in the visit, which would have helped during such a long procedure. I had been with my previous dentist for 12 years and only changed because we moved too far away, so I may be comparing this experience to a very patient-focused practice. While I’m ultimately thankful the work is done, the experience didn’t quite match the level of warmth and communication I’ve been accustomed to.

Came in for a crown and deep cleaning. Best experience i have ever had at the dentist. My hygienist was Amber and she was very efficient and gentle. Very personable. My dentist was Dr. Gutierrez and he by far is the best dentist I have ever been to. Absolutely no pain. Very proficient and knowledgeable in what he is doing. His dental assistant was Liza and she was so caring and gentle and was a great assistant to the dentist. She made me feel more relaxed. Even the front office girls were very accommodating and friendly and the office does great getting you in for appointment quickly. Very happy and impressed.

Incredible experience. Very high tech dentistry. The staff were absolute angels. Liza DA was extremely sweet and patient with me. Brandy took her time and explained all of my financing options. Dr Erica was very knowledgeable and truly listened to my concerns. I felt completely comfortable and pain free throughout my visit. The staff checks on you, offers waters, just all around the kindness and most beautiful dentist staff I’ve ever met.
